This is my sweet friend Marianne and she is one of the very best florists in the state of Utah. And the world. Obviously.
We met for her branding session on what could probably be described as the very worst day for her. It was right when the quarantine was announced. And the morning of our session she woke up to… head lice.
Oh my heck, right? I can’t even imagine going through it for yourself plus taking care of two girls with their long hair.
But, you guys, Marianne is super woman because she got up, handled it all – even with those quarantine-hoarders lines at the Target that were happening at the time, and still showed up to create incredibly beautiful flowers for me to photograph her with. Plus she looked so beautiful and you would never have known the stress in her life that day.
Marianne owns Bushel and a Peck Floral Design. She has been published all over “the internets” and is one of the most sought-after florists around. She is genuine and sweet and so, so, so incredibly talented. This is my testimonial of her. In case you needed it.
We choose The Loft Studio in Lehi for her shoot and I love, love the natural light of this studio. The clean white walls make me happy. But so do a few of the other corners there… so you’ll just have to look at the pictures to see.
Speaking of pictures – LET’S GET TO THEM.
And don’t forget an outfit change when you’re planning your branding session. You don’t want all of your headshots/behind-the-scenes pictures of you to all be in the same outfit. Give yourself (and your social media feeds) some variety.
