The Lodge at Blue Sky Auberge Wedding | E + D

This post will soon be updated with more details and more photos, but for now, consider this a sneak peek into one of the most beautiful Blue Sky Auberge weddings. You know The Lodge at Blue Sky? Blue Sky Ranch just outside of Park City Utah? The most incredible location – especially in early summer when everything is green and lush. And this specific Blue Sky Auberge wedding is the one that I will hold as the standard for summer weddings in the mountains for a long time.

Side note that has nothing to do with this wedding, but the week before I photographed E + D’s big day, I had the opportunity to stay on Blue Sky’s property for 2 nights with another event I was photographing. This place is pretty much the perfect mountain destination. You had every convenience but also felt “off the grid”. The staff takes amazing care of you and I have loved every time I’m up there.

E and D had a traditional Jewish ceremony under the June sun. A moment of appreciation for the beautiful chuppah.

They held their cocktail hour on the patio. (I have the most hilarious story for this area of the patio that isn’t quite blog-appropriate. But if you meet me in the future, ask me about when I was going to eat my dinner – at this very table – and what I happened to witness.)

And then dinner and dancing was inside the gorgeous blue barn of the Arena.

But we also need a moment for Evelyn’s INCREDIBLE dress by Rime Arodaky. Because YES. I mean… right?

And her cutest little girl! She was pretty much the star of the day. Everyone couldn’t get enough of her.

OK fine… two of them together as well. The early summer light in the Utah mountains is so, so GOOD. Just look at the way her veil lights up!
