I’d like you to meet Abby and Ethan. They will be getting married in December – like so many other college kids tend to do between semesters – and they had the most beautiful fall engagement session at the Thomas S Monson Center in downtown Salt Lake City.

I LOVE this building and the neutral and timeless backdrop it is for photos. We came in the morning at the end of October, and while it was chilly, the light was perfect. Just look at those beautiful fall colors we were able to capture! (We were all surprised that there were still leaves on the trees – guess what? They were ALL gone a week later.)

How They Met

“We met in High School and dated my entire Junior year and his entire Senior year. He went on an LDS mission so we broke up. When he came back we dated for a short period of time. Then I went on my mission, so we again broke up again. After moving away right after my mission, we did not talk much. Then I moved to Provo for school, so we started dating again. We have been off and on for about 6 years now!”

What She Loves Best About Him

“We can always have a good laugh. I know that Ethan will always be there for me and turn my bad days into good ones. There is no place in the world safer and more home like than his arms. We are super busy with school and work right now, but when we have a little bit of extra time we love adventures! And we love to go boating and swimming in the summer.”
