If there is one session that I can’t recommend enough to my brides and grooms it definitely is doing a formal session together before the wedding day/ceremony (depends on the bride and the day). These sessions are also known as a First Look. And I love, love, love, love, LOVE them! Megan said YES to the First Look session and we planned it for a few weeks before their wedding day at the Mount Timpanogos Temple. They even had their videographer come to the session, and I was so excited to walk around the corner and see Don from Hobble Creek Media! Don and I have worked on a handful of weddings together and I just love to be partnered with him! We work really well together, and I’m always excellently in his way. 😉 Don even loaned me a lens during this session because I didn’t have a wide enough lens with me to capture the entire temple in the frame. So he’s great. You should choose him, if you’re looking to hire a videographer. The weather and light couldn’t have been more perfect for this Mount Timpanogos First Look session. I love summer golden hour!
So here’s that First Look in sequence. I love these. Why do I love shots like this? I don’t know. But I just really, really do. Really, really.
And then it was time for just a few of Megan on her own. Because YES!
