Utah Mountain Engagement Session | Emily + Seamus

This is Emily and Seamus. Yes, you read that right and yes, it is exactly like that Harry Potter character. Seamus and Emily met their freshman year at college (we won’t say which one, but they recently just allowed caffeine to be sold on their campus) through mutual friends and totally hit it off. They dated for 7 months until Seamus left on his LDS mission to Sofia, Bulgaria. They wrote for the entire two years and when Seamus came home he and Emily picked up exactly where they had left off.
I asked Emily to tell me how Seamus proposed and this is what she had to say, “We were in Newport, CA with my entire family and he surprised me with a new dress and a note that said “Meet me on the beach”. I walked out to the beach that evening and Seamus was standing there with my family all holding sparklers. He proposed on the beach at sunset!” Obviously she said yes, because now here we are talking about their engagement pictures. So let’s stop talking and just GET TO IT!
