Rebecca and Abe. Two of my new favorite people, and I’m pretty sure that they will soon be yours too. We did their engagement session at the Utah State Capitol Building in downtown Salt Lake City. Early March is always iffy with the weather, and while it may have been cold and windy (blowing in a storm), you wouldn’t be able to tell. These two were troopers and listened to me complain about being cold with my coat on, while they were posing in short sleeves (yes, I’m the worst).
We bonded over my awkwardness and movie quotes. It was a good day.
About the Couple
From Rebecca: “Abe and I met working on campus together at BYU. We both work for University Relations and give tours and work with the President’s Council on campus. When I started working I thought he was adorable but then was disappointed to find out he had a girlfriend. We became good work buddies, he broke up with his girlfriend and we were just friends. We ended up meeting up for the balloon festival in Provo at 5:30 one morning and he asked me to dinner the next day. We’ve literally spent everyday together since. Something that’s unique about us is we literally have spent SO much time together. We work together, have had classes, and spend our free time together. Together we love to try new restaurants (we love sushi), we love Jazz games, movies, and spending time in the mountains.”
They are planning their wedding for May and I cannot wait for it to come!
