Spring 4U Ranch Wedding in the Utah Mountains | Ariel + Zach

I (Whitney, the photographer) could take the time to tell you about this beautiful wedding day at 4U Ranch, but instead, I’m going to let Ariel tell you in her own words!

Wedding Day through the Bride’s Eyes

“I had so many perfect moments on my wedding day. The first thing that stands out to me was how sweet the letter Zach wrote for me that morning. When I read it, I was overcome with happy tears because the day was finally here! I finally get to marry my high school sweetheart! Something I’ve been waiting many years for.

“Putting my dress on that day was definitely a favorite memory of mine. I have never felt more beautiful and more myself in a dress. It was perfect in every way, and after working at The Perfect Dress for so many years, it felt surreal putting on my own dress knowing it was the one I’d marry Zach in in just a few short hours.

Spring Wedding at 4U Ranch

“The ceremony was unforgettable for many reasons. All our friends and family were there, including ones who travelled far to be there with us. My sweet Dad walked me down the aisle. Zach was about to be my Husband! My veil flew off shortly after I got to the front of the aisle, something I won’t ever forget right? It really is so true when other couples say that you feel like you are talking to no one else but your spouse in that moment. I got tunnel vision a little to be honest. All I could focus on was Zach and saying my vows without ugly Kim K crying. But with everything considered, it was everything I could have ever asked for. Except for the intense wind blowing my veil away, I could have done without that.

“Zach and I both agree that our favorite moment of the entire day was the moments after our ceremony by ourselves. We shared some cocktails in the grooms suite and took it all in. Zach and I were completely overwhelmed with gratitude for all our friends, family and vendors who helped us put today together and the fact that we were officially Husband and Wife. We kept saying to each other, “This is the best day ever, I never want it to end” and we hadn’t even gotten to our reception yet. Let me just tell you, it only got better from there.

*slightly intoxicated*

“Our reception was very laid back which was exactly what we wanted. Something I loved more than anything was our BM, MOH, and brother-in-law’s toasts to us. One made me cry, and the other two kept Zach and I laughing. Unforgettable and a favorite of ours.

“We ate, drank, and danced with our *slightly intoxicated* friends and family. It was perfect.

“Our final dance everyone gathered around us and it was emotional for me. Partly because I didn’t want the night to end, and partly because I felt so much gratitude. My vendors made my wedding dreams a reality. My family and friends were so supportive of Zach and I.

“It was just a perfect day with my perfect person.”
