St Regis Deer Valley Engagement

I feel like I need to start off this post with a confession that this is not an engagement session. This is an anniversary session for my dear friend Invision Events and her husband while they were in town for their annual skiing/anniversary trip (happy 18 years, you two! It’s 18 years for my husband and I too this year… although I’m almost 10 months late in posting these photos, so maybe I better just wish you a happy early 19 years?).

But are people actually searching for anniversary session photos online? No. They are searching things like “St Regis Deer Valley Engagement photos” or “Deer Valley winter engagement pictures” or “Park City photographer”, so that’s why the name of this post is what it is. Hopefully it means I can do more engagement pictures (and wedding pictures) at the St Regis Deer Valley – because I really like riding the funicular. And I really like the views.

I also feel like I need to let you know that we only took about 15 minutes for these photos because it was 12° out, and then Julie and I went upstairs to lunch together at RIME to chat about business and goals for the year over bowls of hot soup (the clam chowder was delicious!) and French fries.

Even after we were done with lunch, we weren’t done talking with each other, so we moved to the main lobby and enjoyed the complimentary hot chocolate bar and some cozy chairs in a corner together. It is easy to feel comfortable at the St Regis Deer Valley.
