I had asked Catherine before her wedding what she hoped it would be like and this is what she told me, “One thing I always wanted my wedding to be was classy. Not trendy, but rather something timeless, elegant, and beautiful. I realize that my colors (sage, blush pink, cream and gold) are definitely trendy, but at the end of the day I’m hoping to really make it into a classy wedding and reception to celebrate our special day with our family and friends.” And I’m going to tell you right now, she achieved it all.
They chose the Thomas S Monson Center in downtown Salt Lake City. The beautiful Ivory Ballroom was light, bright and beautiful. I know Catherine was worried about crying through the entire ceremony, and while the emotion of the moment of walking down the aisle is always overpowering, their “I do”s were clear voiced and full of love.
Cat and Vic, thank you so much for letting me be a part of your wedding! Cat, you were the most beautiful bride! And Vic, you’re a lucky guy! Your day was amazing and I was so happy to be there and watch it all unfold. Much love and happiness to you both!
And now on to a very small highlight of their day:
