Salt Lake City Utah Proposal Location | The Great Saltair

You know, there’s a reason why you will see this location over and over and over again on my website. And it’s because The Great Saltair has beautiful views and beautiful light at any time of year (and pretty much any time of day). I also love it as a close and easily accessible alternative to the Bonneville Salt Flats in the west Utah desert. Because who wants to drive 4 hours round-trip for one question?

Favorite Utah Proposal Location

This was part of the conversation that I had with Cam about his proposal to Samantha. We decided to save the longer drive for a full “engagement” session, when we can plan for the best weather and best time of day (side note: the salt flats are notoriously windy – something to be aware of when planning photos).
