NOTE —

If your blog post's featured images are fairly low resolution, you may want to delete the top image canvas. Your blog will still look gorgeous, but the top banner section looks best when you upload an image that's 2500px on the long side. You can also use our fave TinyJpeg to make them small so your blog posts still load quickly!

At Home Pregnancy Announcement

Maddie and Tyler are having a baby and I just CANNOT. Maddie is my husband’s baby sister – when I married Tyson, she was 9 years old. Sometimes I still have a hard time believing that she is 25 years old and married. (Although I should TOTALLY know that she’s married, since I got to photograph her engagements, bridals and wedding day. Haha.)

Maddie announced to the family that they were expecting and I immediately asked her if I could do a “pregnancy announcement” session for them at their cute little townhouse. I don’t think I gave her much of a choice, but she did say yes.

Here’s a fun side note to the story – Maddie is using the same OB that I’ve had for the last 15 years. Dr. Burgett at Granger Medical in Riverton. I even PHOTOGRAPHED HIS WEDDING AT THE BEGINNING OF MY PHOTOGRAPHY CAREER! (Let’s see if I can find it on my blog… HERE! Feel free to laugh and judge me based on one of my very first weddings.)
